Preferred contact channel
The official contact address for RandomPokemon.net is [email protected]. Use this email for bugs, data corrections, accessibility problems, privacy questions, advertising concerns, security reports, or other site-related issues.
A concise subject line and the exact affected page URL will help route the report quickly. If the issue is reproducible, include the smallest set of steps needed to reproduce it.
Reporting a tool or page bug
For a generator, calculator, game, or layout problem, include the exact page URL and a short description of the expected behavior and the actual behavior. If the problem depends on a particular browser or device, include the browser name, approximate version, device class, and screen size if known.
Useful examples include a Generate button that does nothing, a result image that fails to load, a filter that returns the wrong pool, a page that overflows horizontally on mobile, a share link that does not restore its state, or an error message that cannot be recovered from.
If a problem occurs only after a specific sequence, list the smallest sequence that reproduces it. For example: open the Team Planner, add three Pokémon, set an EV value, refresh the page, and observe that one slot is lost. Reproduction steps are usually more useful than a long description of the page.
Reporting incorrect Pokémon data
For a data correction, identify the species or form, the value you believe is wrong, the page where it appears, and the game version or generation if that distinction matters. Pokémon mechanics change across generations, so a statement that is correct for one game may be wrong for another.
When possible, link to an authoritative or primary reference that supports the correction. The site uses PokeAPI-derived datasets and some version-aware data sources, but upstream data can be incomplete and the project’s own transformation logic can also introduce mistakes. A precise source makes it easier to determine whether the fix belongs in the local dataset, a parser, a page explanation, or an upstream dependency.
Privacy, advertising, or security concerns
If you believe a URL contains personal information, an analytics event is sending a value it should not send, a consent message is missing where you expect one, or an advertisement interferes with content or navigation, email [email protected] with the exact page and what you observed. Screenshots can help, but remove unrelated private information before sending them.
For advertising reports, do not click an advertisement repeatedly to test it. Describe the placement and behavior instead. For privacy questions, first review the Privacy Policy, which explains Google Analytics, Google AdSense, browser-local storage, share URLs, and third-party services.
For security reports, include enough detail for us to reproduce and assess the issue, but do not send active credentials, private keys, authentication cookies, recovery codes, or other secrets.
Accessibility and usability feedback
Accessibility problems are treated as product bugs. Helpful reports include keyboard traps, focus that disappears, controls without useful labels, text that cannot be read at normal zoom, touch targets that are too small, motion that cannot be avoided, or content that becomes unusable with a screen reader.
Please include the page, the control or section involved, and the assistive technology or input method if relevant. The goal is not merely to pass an automated checker; the affected task should be usable by a real visitor.
What this contact channel is not for
RandomPokemon.net is not an official Pokémon support service. We cannot recover Nintendo, Pokémon Trainer Club, game, console, or marketplace accounts; reverse purchases; restore official save files; or provide access to paid game content. Questions about official products should go to the relevant official support channel.
The project also does not provide ROM files, copyrighted game downloads, cheat distribution, account trading, or paid ranking services. The generators are browser-based fan tools and references.
Before you submit
- Check that you are using the clean page URL rather than an old redirected address.
- Refresh once and, if the problem is saved-state related, note whether clearing only that tool’s local state changes the behavior.
- Include the exact text of any error message.
- For mobile layout bugs, include portrait or landscape orientation.
- For data issues, specify the game generation or version when relevant.
- For privacy reports, remove unrelated personal details from screenshots and email content.
Concise, reproducible reports are welcome. They help the project fix real problems faster and keep the site’s tools and reference pages dependable.
